This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
